Orders and payments
Can I change or cancel my order?
During the ordering process you can easily add or remove products.
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. We understand that this can sometimes be inconvenient, but this policy helps us to process and ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
If you are still dissatisfied after receiving your order, you can always use our return policy. More information about returns can be found below.
What payment methods are accepted?
At Titan Tools you can pay safely and easily with the following payment methods:
- Credit card:
We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can safely enter your credit card details during checkout. - PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay:
Do you have an account with PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay? Then you can pay with this. Choose this option during checkout and log in to complete the payment. - Bancontact:
For our Belgian customers we offer the possibility to pay with Bancontact. Choose this option during checkout. - Bank transfer:
If you choose bank transfer, please transfer the amount due to the Titan Tools bank account after placing your order. As soon as we have received the payment, your order will be processed. Please note: this can take 1-3 business days.

How can I download or request an invoice?
You can easily find all your invoices in your account. Here's how:
- Log in to your account:
Log in with your email address and password and go to "My account". - Go to "Orders":
In your account you will find an overview of all your orders. Click on an order. - Download the invoice:
Click on the invoice to download or view it.

Shipping and delivery
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on your region and your order. Below you will find an overview:
Shipping costs within the EU:
- Free shipping on orders over €50 .
- For orders under €50 we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.90 .
Shipping costs outside the EU:
- Shipping costs are calculated upon request. Please contact our customer service for more information.
What is the delivery time?
We strive to have your order delivered to you as soon as possible. If the product is in stock and your order is placed and paid on a working day, it will be shipped within 24 hours. This means that you will receive your package within 1-2 working days within BENELUX.
The exact delivery time depends on your location. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to track the delivery status.
Can I still change the delivery address?
Do you have a different delivery address than the billing address ? Please indicate this when completing the order. You do this by unchecking "billing address same as shipping address" and filling in the other address.
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address once the order has been shipped. In that case, we advise you to contact the delivery service or inform the recipient at the original address.
What should I do if my package has not arrived?
We are sorry to hear that your package has not arrived. Don't worry, we are here to help. Here are the steps you can take:
- Check tracking status:
If you have received a tracking number, you can follow the status of your package via the link in your shipping confirmation. Sometimes the delivery service needs more time or there is a delay. - Check the delivery address:
Please check that the correct delivery address was provided during the ordering process. Sometimes a package is delivered to an alternative location (e.g. at neighbours or a collection point). - Contact the delivery service:
If the package has been in transit for some time, you can contact the delivery service directly for more information. - Let us know:
If your package has not arrived after the expected delivery date, please contact us via the contact form. Please include your order number and any tracking status details. We will investigate further and provide a solution.

Do you also deliver internationally?
Yes, we also deliver internationally! You can order from us from different countries within and outside the Benelux. You can select your country during checkout.
Please note that:
- Shipping charges may apply depending on your location.
- Customs fees or import taxes may be charged by your local customs. Unfortunately, these charges are not included in the price and will be borne by the recipient.
It is best to contact us in advance for more information about international deliveries, shipping costs and delivery times.
Returns
What is your return policy?
At Titan Tools we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, you can use our returns policy. Below you will find all the important information about returning products.
Returns conditions
- You can return a product within 14 days of receipt.
- The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging and with all tags and accessories.
Return costs
- The costs for returning are at your own expense, unless the product arrived defective or damaged.
- If the product does not meet the return conditions, we reserve the right to return the package or refuse the refund.
- After receiving and processing your return shipment, you will receive the purchase amount back within 10 working days via your chosen payment method.
Defective or damaged products
- If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will ensure that you receive a new product or that the purchase price is refunded.
How can I return a product?
You can return products to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in the original packaging and with all labels and accessories.
Steps to request a return:
- Request your return:
Go to your orders under your account. Click on "Request return" for the order you want to return. Make a selection of the products and state a reason for return. - Pack the product:
If your return is approved, you can return your products. Make sure the product is returned undamaged and in the original packaging, including all accessories. - Send the package to:
Take the package to a post office or carrier pick-up point of your choice. Keep the proof of postage until the return has been processed. - Confirmation:
Once we receive and process your return, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Important information:
- The costs for returning are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Once we receive and inspect the return package, your purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days .

Damaged or defective product delivered?
We are sorry to hear that you have received a damaged or defective product. Don't worry, we will make sure this is resolved quickly! Here are the steps you can take:
- Contact us:
Send us a message via the contact form. Please include your order number and a description of the problem (e.g. photos of the damage or defect). - Return or replace:
Depending on the situation, we will send you a new product or a return label to return the damaged or defective product free of charge. - Get your solution:
Once we receive the return package (if necessary), we will ensure that you receive a replacement product or a refund as soon as possible.
Important information:
- Keep the original packaging and product until the solution is settled.
- You do not have to pay shipping costs for returning a damaged or defective product.
What should I do if I received the wrong product?
We are sorry to hear that you received the wrong product. Don't worry, we will make sure this is resolved quickly! Here are the steps you can take:
- Contact us:
Send us a message via the contact form. Please include your order number and a description of the product you received. - Returning the wrong product:
We will send you a return label to return the wrong product free of charge. Make sure the product is returned unused and in its original packaging. - Get the right product:
Once we receive the return package, we will send the correct product to you as soon as possible. If the correct product is immediately available, we can sometimes send it earlier.
Important information:
- You do not have to pay shipping costs for returning the wrong product.
- Keep the incorrect product and original packaging until the solution is arranged.

How do I create an account?
Creating an account is quick and easy. Here’s what you need to do:
- Click on the account icon (the figure) at the top right.
- Select ' Create account '.
- Enter your name, email address and a password.
- Click on ' Create ' or ' Register '.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your account is created, you can easily view your orders, manage your details and checkout faster for future purchases.
Already have an account? Click on 'Log in' instead of 'Create account'.

How can I change my personal information?
You can easily change your personal details in your account. Here's how:
- Log in to your account:
Go to “My Account” and log in with your email address and password. - Click on "Profile":
In your account you will find a Profile section where you can manage your personal information, such as your name, phone number and address. - Adjust your details:
Edit the information you want to change and click "Save" to apply the changes.
Please note:
For changes to your billing information (e.g. company name or VAT number), it is best to contact us.

How can I reset my password?
Forgot your password? Follow these steps to reset it:
- Click on the account icon (the figure) at the top right.
- Click on ' Forgot your password? ' below the login form.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
